We are pleased to inform our patients that standard consultations will be bulk billed. This means eligible patients (those with a valid Medicare card) will not incur any out-of-pocket costs for standard GP visits.

PLEASE NOTE: Procedures and those visits not on the Government’s Eligible Services list will continue to attract a gap payment due to the additional time, equipment, and resources required. If you are unsure whether your appointment will include a gap, please speak with our Reception team members. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

A standard consultation time is 10 minutes.

A longer consultation time is 20 minutes. If you have numerous or complex medical issues or require a procedure, an extended consultation is required.

We accept walk-in patients between 9am and 12noon Monday to Friday, and on Saturdays between 9am and 3pm.

To book an appointment online, please click here. Alternatively, please call us on 03 5274 9499.

For good quality care, all patients are required to make an appointment to see a doctor for all test results (preferably where possible, the requesting doctor). To ensure strict patient confidentiality and compliance with the National Privacy Act is maintained, pathology and radiology results will not be given over the telephone by our reception and/or nursing staff.

It is the patient's responsibility to follow up on their test results, and we encourage patients to be proactive in their healthcare and book an appointment for results before leaving the clinic.

We will make every effort to contact patients with abnormal results. However, it cannot be assumed that test results are normal if there is no contact from our clinic. Patients should be aware of the potential seriousness of not attending follow-up appointments, recalls, or investigations.

Unless encryption is used, email is not a secure platform for communicating sensitive information such as test results. To protect your privacy, you should never email personal information such as your birth date, address, Medicare card number, etc. to our clinic.

Please ensure your contact details are kept up to date with reception.

Not always. While doctors have a duty of care to assess whether a medication is appropriate for you, there are options available depending on your circumstances.

For new medications, medication reviews, or prescriptions that require clinical assessment, you will need to book an appointment with a doctor.

If you require a repeat prescription for a medication you have previously been prescribed, you may be able to submit a request through our Repeat Script Request service via HotDoc. A doctor will review your request and determine whether a prescription can be issued without a consultation, or if an appointment is required.

To request a repeat prescription, please use the Repeat Script Request link here or at the top of the page.

Regardless of the nature of your visit, you need to book an appointment with a doctor to ensure that you receive the correct level of care. Depending on your individual circumstance, you may also need to see a nurse either before or after your appointment with a doctor. Our reception staff can answer any particular questions you may have about your appointment.

If your usual doctor is fully booked and you need to see a doctor today, please call us on 03 5274 9499, and we will try to offer the best solution.

Yes, we have a large waiting room area where you can likely sit away from other people. Alternatively, please speak with our reception staff when you arrive, and they will arrange an area for you.
